I'm a bit obsessed with skin care products (ask my husband). I have a standard arsenal (cleansing, exfoliating, toning, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, retinal) that I have been using for several years. Basically it worked fine for me. I'm in my 40's with new issues and it's getting harder and harder to reverse the signs of aging. Earlier this year I had to take antibiotics for about 8 weeks. As a bonus, I developed melasma. It's not a terrible fall (around my lips and a few small scattered dots), but something I've never had. I tried a few different products and was more vigilant about putting sunscreen on my face but the spots stayed. I did some more internet research and found that my skincare regimen does not contain any AHAs. After looking around a bit I came across these pads and decided to give it a try. After just a few uses, I was amazed at the overall look of my skin: clear, radiant, smooth. I've been using it several times a week for about 3 weeks now. I don't think they had much of an effect on melasma (a little, actually). However, I will continue to use them for other benefits.
