Not recommended. We've gotten them after buying a Revain 7 tablet and case in the past, yes, but both cases for my boys fell apart so I ordered this and noticed the tablet kept putting you to sleep as if You would press the power button to dim the screen every 5 seconds! I started researching after restarting and factory resetting his tablet, which in itself took a full day. They found that the magnets in the case could make this no longer an issue after we removed the tablet from the new case. My other son decided to talk about his new case and the same thing started happening to him too! So better reboot or factory reset. I took it out of the case first and indeed the problem stopped! It annoys me because it says it's for the Fire 7 we have, so it's just a similar design! The last version (2018) we bought wasn't as wide and didn't drop as far - I liked this new design better because it's thicker and more powerful, but since it affects the sensor it clearly isn't! I will look for a refund and do it the old style way. Your tablet is in a case! Hope this helps someone else so they don't have to go through the same thing!
