With all the devices I have, I needed something like this because my TV doesn't have enough HDMI ports to connect all my devices to it. Since my TV is 4K, I would definitely prefer an HDMI switch that supports 4K. This is mainly because I have a PS4 Pro, so I wanted something similar to take advantage of the PS4 Pro's 4K capabilities. I used to just connect my PS4 Pro to my TV, but my TV just didn't have enough ports for it, so I went with this HDMI switch. What's also great is that this HDMI switch supports HDR, which my TV supports as well as PS4 Pro, so I don't have to worry about the visual performance of my PS4 Pro or pretty much any other of my devices being lost when it's plugged in to. Another very handy feature is the fact that this device automatically switches to the device that is switched on for viewing on the TV without you having to switch manually. Overall I'm happy with this HDMI switch and would highly recommend it to anyone with a 4K TV and devices that support 4K and even HDR.
