What a relief! best in my review
I have fibromyalgia, and my muscles stay so tight all the time that they just hurt. This is helping to loosen them and get the knots out. I just started using it and I see the immediate effects! I'm hoping the long term effects will even be better!Holding it is easy. I want some pressure, but not too much. I did bruise my leg a little by overdoing it. I have trouble using my hands to try to massage my muscles because my fingers and wrists hurt. This really solved that problem as well! I love it!
