Good product, should come standard with the mower. The cut of the bands is disappointing because they are Japanese. I was expecting perfection but in reality they will scratch so they don't. does not matter. I used a 1/4 bit because I didn't have a 17/64, it worked fine and the shutter went in with no problems. I had a small gap, if I wanted to make sure it wasn't I would clamp it in a couple of places and then drill a hole. Loctite is not required, these are nylon lock washers. Decking so as not to distribute the fastening load between the decking and the strip.
