High quality Honda model. Take your time, measure twice and follow the instructions. Pan head screws are probably bigger than any screwdriver in your tool box. Use a fourth. Works as advertised. To ensure there is no gap between the deck and the shroud, you need to bend it in the opposite direction that you think fits. Bend it along the curve of the deck first. You can use this bend to install the first fastener and also find and double check the location of the second hole. Design needs improvement. Aluminum is too thin, flexible and not wide enough. It only took me 30 minutes to install both sides but they aren't really designed to adequately protect the edge of the mower. Should be 1/2" wider or more now the edge is 1/4" away from the board top and bottom as you can see in my video. At least make it a lot thicker, stronger, a lot wider and make the edge of the mower curve for a much better fit. There is now a small gap between the plate and the edge of the deck.
