Review on π₯ Hobart 770589 Ironman: Resistant Protective Solution for Superior Performance by Sean Patel
Ordered for an alternative Hobart welder to fit
To be honest I didn't order this cover for an Ironman 230 Hobart welder, I have this cover for one ordered my Hobart 210MVP and/or Model 190 that comes with the Hobart welding carriage. I read other reviewers reporting a very acceptable fit which gave me the green light to purchase this product. Suitable - Good. Luckily, the back/top opens, allowing the tank valve/gauge assembly to open up, which is nice. When the front/top is opened, the power switch can be reached and the front of the lid attaches with Velcro to facilitate installation with cables installed. Absolutely better than nothing. I hope these photos help anyone who has a Hobart welder on their truck.
