I am so disappointed. I really liked the concept of this phone holder as I will be traveling to a big city soon. I wanted the phone to be close enough to me to be transferred immediately. At first I just vacuumed the dash and saw it fall off right away. I then used the adhesive pad exactly as instructed in the instructions. I even waited a full 3 days before installing anything else as suggested but the full structure came off in a WEEK. My phone is the S20 and it's no bigger or heavier than any other phone. It's really disappointing that it's taking me a while to even write this, but it's really sad to see that the sucker is ruined and never gets stuck. I haven't had any other issues with phone holders in the past, so I'll have to buy another one. I don't see a solution.
