My relatives used to have a scooter and my MIL likes to wear scarves so this was the perfect gift for her. I don't know why it's meant for men, although you can wear it with a tie if you like. It will also be a cute accessory to attach to a hat. Is this a family heirloom? no But for the price, it's a fun way to remind someone that they care about you.
