Review on ☕ Atmos Vacuum Canister for Coffee & Food Storage - Airtight Sealed Container, Matte Black, Medium Coffee Bean Storage, 0.7L Jar by Regina Ford

I have 2 of these that came out of the box and still work - and they're great when they work. But as you've probably gathered from other reviews, Fellow has a very serious quality control issue. I had 3-3! - those that are DOA come in a row - the covers just don't work and don't remove air. I can sit and turn 40 times, and when you press the center button, not even the slightest hiss is heard. I replaced my 2 working lids with new containers and they work as expected, so I know for sure that the new lids are faulty. I've tried taking the new caps apart and blowing air through the valve as suggested on the Fellow website but that didn't help. As this is a premium product I just can't believe they let the broken ones out the door or they are so fragile they break on the way. At this point I'm worried that Revane will think I'm doing a refund scam, but this is really awful. I'm making my fourth and final change before I just give it up. Update 4: It ran for about 1 minute with the pumping action being very clicky. After about 20-30 turns I felt a click and now it's not pumping air at all. Has refused to get another working one of these and would advise people to avoid them until Fellow sorts them out through QA as something is very wrong here.
