No instructions and TWO deadly rope loops right in the middle where your bird will rest. The loops are the perfect size to choke and kill your bird, at least his paws can get tangled in them and he could lose a leg. This device is designed to kill/maim birds and should not be sold. I worked in a pet shop and looked after their inventory. I would NEVER allow something like that in my business.
