I can't say enough good things about this trailer. I looked through all the reviews for different brands and sizes and decided this was the best solution for my needs. I found a video on You Tube on how to put it together and another on how to attach a hitch to a bike (it was for a Houndabout trailer but used the same hitch). I have a custom bike and it grips great and pulls great. . I've used it on gravel trails and my dogs found it smooth. I have two small dogs, 12 pounds each. Both fit in a trailer with free space. Based on other reviews about the lack of padding on the bottom of the trailer, I bought two chair cushions and used zip ties to tie them together into one piece. Costs $10 and works like a charm. Trailer transport is fairly easy. It doesn't "fold" but folds very easily by releasing the top inner bar and removing the wheels (quick button press). This way it is very easy to load into the car. I have a Ford Escape (older boxy model) and it even fits with the wheels in the back. It is also very easy to reassemble. I'm a petite woman in my fifties and had no trouble assembling, disassembling and getting into my SUV. I can only recommend this trailer!
