The ease at which you are able to configure your pipeline, make sure everything works as expected and then see things go off without hitch! Not too much really - just keep doing what you guys do best i guess :) We use this tool to connect our Salesforce orgs into Marketo (we have 2). This has made the process so simple allowing us to get more out of sales analytics than before. Easy to use, great support team who are always willing to help. We needed to migrate our legacy system to a new one and they helped us do it. They were able to understand our requirements and implement the right solution. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for similar services. The only thing I dislike about them is the pricing model. I think it's high compared to other companies out there. We have been able to solve some problems we had with our legacy system.
