I like that it's very easy to create new documents, collaborate in real time using chat or email threads without having too many people working at once so you can get your work done quickly! It would be great if there were more templates available for different types of files/documents but this isn't really an issue when most office applications have similar options built into them anyway such as Word etc., also don’t forget about google drive which has free storage space unlike other cloud services out their - try both before deciding what suits best within each team member profile area where they are able upload all kinds of docs from word format through excel spreadsheets up until PDF formats including scanned images via camera phone app!! If anyone was looking forward towards creating some customised forms then look no further because we've been doing just exactly how i describe above since day 1 now.
