The setting is a little strange but it works

To make it work: 1. Install CHIRP2. Download the CH-340 driver from tenwayradio.com/download/3. Make sure the cable is connected when running the USB driver installer. It will fail if you don't.4. start chirp. To configure the radio, change the default COM1 to COM3.
