I love how they look in my kitchen island. We just moved here with the island for the first time and it hit the spot. They were difficult to assemble, although relatively quick. It was a lot easier when I realized that the square support piece didn't fit the legs as easily as a jigsaw puzzle. It took a little effort to get them to fit. Because the holes in the seat don't match, one chair is missing one screw and the other two. Still seems solid enough but it would be great if all the screws would fit. So far several family members have sat in them and my young son keeps climbing and holding on to them and they are still holding up so I'm generally happy.
