The software does what it should do very well for us with limited staff (2) as we work remotely from home some of our team members. It takes time to get used to but once you learn everything you need then you're good! I'm not sure if there's anything else that i particularly dislike about this product. Overall though it works for us really well. We are solving lots of problems with the ability to send messages out automatically when issues arise. This makes for less manual paperwork which has saved us loads of money in admin fees over the last couple years that would have been spent paying an office administrator.
