Bought to keep our dog out of the way. This allows me to set him up for a wide range of motion, and with the blue healer he needs room to move. But I had to keep him off our busy road because he's a car hunter. It worked great. My other dog who is old and stays in the yard is very scared of the beep the collar makes when it is put on so I put the collar in the garage to charge so I don't has to turn off because if it dies or you turn it off you have to reset it which can be annoying. And I also keep it in the garage because it tends to lose signal around the house and beep, which startles my older dog and makes my healer run to safety. Heavy clouds and rain, it doesn't work because the signal is blocked. But I would buy it again.
