Cheap crap. First it came dirty and the filter was bent. Okay, no big deal, just wash it and try to use it as is. On the first day it works perfectly, only the cap falls off. I used coarse coffee and the filter didn't hold the fine grind. Okay, okay, I'm still okay (I can drink stump water). Except that on the 2nd day after I poured the cup, a slow leak started at the bottom of the cold drink. I didn't drop it and didn't even lay it down. The glass seems cheap and flimsy, and a light breeze may break it. Tried to contact support with no success. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
