I've read a number of negative reviews about this in terms of sound quality, but it's 3 things: 1) bluetooth interface for many radios 2) bluetooth PTT button 3) universal bluetooth headset I don't think about a headset because I don't even use it because as far as I can tell this purchase is the cheapest way to get parts 1 and 2 which opens the bluetooth radio with ANY bluetooth headset. Personally, I've plugged in my motorcycle headset and it works incredibly well with my Anytone 868. The fact that I can drive a cheap Fodsports MS1-Pro on the road, press PTT on the steering wheel and communicate clearly says all you can about it have to tell parts 1 and 2. Absolutely excellent. There is no noticeable delay when pressing the PTT button before PTT starts, the audio is clear to my ears and the signal messages are excellent. A clear win.
