I didn't like that when I turn on the phone it says a different language than my language and I can't figure out how to change that. I like that it arrived conveniently, affordably and on time.

This device works very well in my safe environment. I CAN keep my hand in my pocket and communicate with the rest of the team by pressing a button on the remote control. There are no cables between the button, the receiver-transmitter or the earpiece. No noise reduction and noise reduction. This makes it difficult to use in a very noisy environment or in a place where music is being played. I still think it's worth the money

Instructions mean next to nothing to me. There are buttons on the device that I don't understand how to use. Can't find any further instructions online. Bought for use with a security radio but it stops transmitting. I think it's related to accidentally pressing the buttons on the headgear, but can't find any instructions that tell me what I'm doing wrong. I don't like that the device speaks Chinese to me every time I turn it on or off. I would not recommend this product. Will return.

When you plug the phone into the earpiece you can't use the radio, it's either a radio or a phone, it won't actively switch sources/ does not set source priority. I work in a noisy environment and wear either headphones or earplugs. I. The only solution I can think of is to get a BT FM transmitter and use the FM radio function on the radio itself. But still there is no ptt on the earpiece so you NEED a ptt button or radio. at hand,

I wanted something that would allow me to listen to my HT without throwing it off the shelf if I caught the headphone cord while reaching for a cup of coffee. It meets that requirement, BUT. it is too slow to react. I lose the first few syllables when someone presses the keys. I've read a number of negative reviews about this in terms of sound quality, but it's 3 things: 1) bluetooth interface for many radios 2) bluetooth PTT button 3) universal bluetooth headset I don't think about a headset because I don't even use it because as far as I can tell this purchase is the cheapest way to get parts 1 and 2 which opens the bluetooth radio with ANY bluetooth headset.
