Trash USB drives that only cause problems

Overview of PNY 32GB USB2.0 Flash Drives. These 32GB flash drives cannot be read by my PS3 gaming system or my Sony Bravia TV, both of which read Sandisk 2.0 discs. Everything is formatted in FAT32. PNYs are hard to read on my Fire TV, but only once. I have to restart the TV (mean reboot) so that it reads PNY every time. PNYs are very slow to be recognized by my Chromebook and Windows systems. It takes minutes and sometimes multiple attempts to properly eject these drives from my Chromebook. I hard formatted one of them in Windows 10 but that didn't change anything. All five PNY drives in a five drive set behave the same. In short, they are junk drives with questionable readability and unreliable for backing up, restoring, or storing important data. I also assume they are unreliable due to Fire TV's difficulties with multiple readings. Update August 24th: These USB drives cannot/will not be formatted on my Chromebook, it takes a full minute to erase all files on my Windows 10 desktop, it takes about an hour to format on my desktop. Not so with my old USB 1.0 and 2.0 drives of the same size. The drives were formatted in FAT32 and all my formatting attempts were in FAT32 as well.
