I've only had it for a few weeks but it completely solved my questions and issues which is why it gets a 5 star rating. I had a lot of problems with my wrists which were actually sore and inflamed from using the mouse all day long. My wrist physically hurt and became very sensitive from sitting on surfaces while using the mouse. I've tried a wrist rest, large mouse pad, gel ice packs, and even pillows from baby doll sets. all but nothing helped ease the pain and irritation. This device worked and relieved the uncomfortable and strange pain within a few days. I will definitely buy another one for the office and my home office. It relieves pressure on sensitive areas and is easy to move. It is adjustable and very durable. It's not heavily padded, but feels good enough for sustained use every day.
