I received mine the other day and I'm getting into 14 smoothly already. Mine were in perfect order. I also think the length is ok. As far as people complain, who are probably trying to buy better lube, stretching helps. For me, nothing is big or uneven. My shipping was free and I literally received them within 4 business days which honestly tickled me to death! Must buy! And always choose the steel look. Acrylic contains a lot of bacteria and they tend to make stretching uncomfortable. Happy stretching!
