My husband bought this set because the set we bought about 30 years ago was used in several places around the house and he wanted several tables to be in one again Frame stand and can be used when needed. . This set is ok but not as durable as the old set. The legs and table top are thinner and I doubt it will last 30 years. The finish on the underside of the table is a little rough, the finish on the top is a little thin (it had a few dents) and the wood is finger jointed, unlike the seamless pictures shown in the ad - see the image I linked. However, they work great and since contact with our children is more limited at the moment, we will probably get our money from them before they die.
