As an avid coffee drinker, I'm constantly looking for safe ways to whiten my teeth. Sealed so you know it hasn't been tampered with. They're a little smaller than most strips I've tried but still cover my teeth, or at least the front ones. They are made of durable plastic that can be easily detached from the base without tearing. The gel is drier and less sticky than other brands. You leave the strips on your teeth for 30 minutes. There is no chemical aftertaste, mint flavor too. I get a nutty coconut flavor that I don't mind. I found the strips stuck to my teeth and when they were torn off there was a thick adhesive on the teeth. I could only dry them with a coarse washcloth. It comes off when brushing. I was surprised to find that it turns white after a single use and doesn't cause sensitivity even after a full week.
