I've been looking for something to mount my webcam or webcam flashlight for a long time and this device does it well. I can install it and it will be big enough to be over my monitor. Good weight too. My only complaint (and it's a small one) is that the hand doesn't "snap" into the base at all. As long as you don't move your hand too much and are aware that it's not fixed, it's not a problem. I love it. I bought two - one for the home office and one for the real office. They're powerful enough that I use one of these to mount a (somewhat lightweight) ring light for Zoom calls.
