The customer service is always great, they are very professional in their work making sure to answer any questions you may have or provide guidance as needed for your project needs! If there was anything that I did not like it would be because of my own lackiness at this point though!! We had been using other companies before but we were never happy with them so far (we've used several). They made our life easier when dealing with labeling projects such data entry into an e-commerce site where labels needed correcting/updating over 100K products per day - without breaking records.
