I'm not a fan of reviews but this product requires them. It's just the worst. I ordered gold and received silver; nonetheless, I was determined to get through. I put in some AA batteries and the light wouldn't come on. I bought new batteries hoping the problem was with them. Spoilers: it wasn't. I tried every combination of batteries and the light never came on. This is particularly frustrating as Revain's core users are often too busy to deal with the hassle of returning a defective product to get a working replacement. If I have to return it and face a delay (time for the defective product to be delivered to them and subsequent time for the new product to be delivered to me), why should I pay for Amazon Prime? I'm paying for convenience, speed, reliability, not delays and defective goods.
