I ordered and bought several pet carriers before finally discovering the A4Pet foldable carrier. This is the best I've used so far. It folds perfectly flat, but when all the zips are closed it becomes very strong and keeps its shape. I especially like that there is a zipper at the top that you can load your pet into. The backpack also has two pockets at the end for groceries, seat belts, etc., as well as a slot to allow you to slide the stretcher over the handle of your suitcase for easy portability. The only suggestion I would make would be to add something to tie the top risers together. I have cats that weigh 11 and 14 pounds and this carrier is roomy, they can sit, lie down and roll over with no problem. I bought two of these carriers to bring my cats from Hawaii to Tennessee.
