I ordered this cute parrot pendant on March 4th. At first I was impressed with what I thought was the quality. I take good care of my charm bracelets, especially charm bracelets, but when I decided to wear a parrot charm bracelet, I immediately noticed that the parrot was missing and only the round part was left to attach the bracelet with a broken ring piece (we call it the "O" ring for all intents and purposes) holding the amulet. I didn't drop, hit, or snag anything to pull the amulet, so how and why did the "O-ring" break causing the amulet to fall off?
