Review on Kiddo by Erik Barela

It's easy to use, intuitive design makes it simple for your clients to input their data into our system and has really helped us grow. The customer service is amazing!! I have called them 3-4 times with questions that they help me resolve in less than 5 minutes! They are one of my favorite partners we work with because they always go above and beyond when needed. Not much as this site doesn't seem like many people know about it yet so not too many reviews but from what I could find it seems great! We used it previously at another center but didn't see any growth since we made huge changes to how staff was organized & trained which allowed kids to be more involved during drop offs & pick ups. I love that it is easy to use, has great customer service, and is very customizable! It's not much of an issue for me as I can't think of anything I don't like about this product. We have been able to streamline our waitlist process and make it more efficient. There are some bugs here and there but they are working hard to fix them. If you're looking for a way to automate your waitlist processes, Kiddo is a great option. Kiddo has helped us keep track of all our student information in one place.
