When my beloved cousin got married, I stole some flowers that were used to decorate the wedding and a few years later I put them together in this setting as a housewarming/anniversary gift for her. Since I used so many plants, I was able to dispense with glue. because they were so tight, but for individual flowers (or thin stems) you'll need to apply some sort of glue to hold them in place. I found the frame to be quite durable and held the flowers well. The box it was shipped in was well stocked with custom styrofoam that was packaged perfectly and I was even able to reuse it to send to my cousin (I live in Texas they live in Pennsylvania) and it came safe and healthy. For the price it's great!
