I just got a new replacement filter and I wasn't happy. If you watch their video about installing the filter and draining the water about 2-3 times before use, it is because the filter has been stored in alcohol, etc., so you need to drain it. First, I don't smell alcohol on either the filter or the silver because it's just a type of water. And they say that the first flush will last about 8 hours. So instead of 8 hours to flush a full 2 gallons, my filter takes about an hour. Yes, cool, right. Instead of going drop by drop I have a full flow which is wrong. Not enough time to filter anything, it looks like the water is just flowing through. video attached. I'm disappointed
