Review on Enhanced Illumination: Dimmable Recessed Ceiling Lights - Pack of 6 by David Gonzalez

Out of the box these bulbs were less bright than the 65 watt LED bulbs I replaced them with. Which in itself should have made me return it, but I didn't. Over the course of 2 weeks they gradually started to dim and now they flicker - now they flicker no matter what brightness level I set them to (I use a Lutron LED dimmer). Unacceptable. Return them for a quality product. Complete garbage!
