I liked this one first - sharp
I liked this one first - sharp, cut like butter, easy to handle with my workload as an artist. More than 1000 of my reproductions are carved on it. However, over time I realized that it wasn't easy. I cut my own business cards that require straight lines. With each cut, it shifts 1-2 cm, almost as if the top metal rod directing the print is torn off by a hair. I don't know who to contact because I need to replace the cutter with a straight one. If support reads this, could you contact me? Thank you!
