Review on EarthCache by Blake Mannasseh

The ability for me, as an engineer/scientist in remote sensing research, to find relevant imagery that I may not have known about or been able to access otherwise is one thing we are looking forward too. It's also nice to be able to look up information regarding cloud cover etc which helps us plan our missions better! That said there has recently become some delays between adding new products (or even updating existing ones) due to lack of resources within the organisation - this could cause issues if your project is time sensitive. If you're interested in using earthcache please contact them directly at support@earthcacheproject.com; it would help speed things along!! A lot more useful than google satellite view when planning trips away from home bases.
