I ordered XL, I'm 5ft 10" and about 210 pounds. little triangles that aren't really the size of swimsuit cups. So you need to move them around and decide which area you prefer padding where the outline of the padding doesn't become too noticeable. Incorrect padding is a big problem. for this suit because the cut is quite revealing. I wasn't super comfortable with the cut of the top (I have a large bust and I'm used to flaunting it when I like it, but I don't) and no matter how much I tightened or adjusted the strings, they stretched just take it off don't get me wrong they were very comfortable and the straps were adjustable and they didn't feel tight or anything. but the leg holes were too small and a bit pinched. d generally high waisted and found it comforting. I bought 3 other swimwear from Amazon at the same time (all XL) and they all fit much better. I decided to keep one of these and return this one.
