If you are looking for a seat organizer that works and works. here! I've been using it for a few weeks and I really like it. I had a few on my watch list for a few months and decided to buy this one and I'm glad I did. I didn't use the side "cup holders" and probably won't use them as they are quite small. But the side pockets are good for other items. The best thing about this organizer is that you can put real files or a small folder in it! Another thing that was mandatory for me was confidentiality. It has a handy valve that closes everything. My seats are black and you won't even notice they're there (I didn't always fully load them either). I also like that there are no straps underneath. The back of the holder is stiffer, possibly cardboard, and I didn't find the extra strap needed. I love the way it's set up because I can just flip it to the back of the seat when I have a passenger.
