I used this to remove a huge sun bleached fiberglass decal from the front of my RV. It's slow, produces a lot of rubber particles, but it works! If you have larger works, it's better to grab a few, but it's enough for a weird bumper sticker or pinstripe. It takes some getting used to figuring out how much pressure to apply to a sticker to remove it while maximizing seal life. Heat the decal in the sun or even better with a heat gun. Use a corded drill for large jobs. There are no problems on GRP, I haven't tried it on a clear car finish, so I can't comment on that.
