Review on ESPRO BLOOM Pour Over Coffee Brewer Set - Dual Filter Mode for Quick Coffee Brewing, Brushed Stainless Steel by Linda Smith

I backed this project on Kickstarter when Bloom was first announced, so I was one of the first to get mine. I've had it for about 6 weeks now and use it every day. I love it. It produces amazingly consistent cups of coffee without any special skills or experience. I use a digital kitchen scale and stick to the recommended ratio: 16.5 g of finely ground coffee to 320 g of water. I also decided to upgrade my kettle to a gooseneck version as I was making quite a mess trying to pour slowly from our regular kettle. I've been traveling with the Oxo kettle and am very impressed. For cleaning I keep it simple and use Espro Bloom paper filters which are inexpensive. Brew, pour, rinse and go! I am so pleased with this filling system that I have just ordered a second BLOOM to keep in our RV for great coffee when travelling. Thank you Espro team for another great product!
