The Mac mini seems very picky about the type of USB ports, to which it is connected. The wrong type can interfere with WiFi and/or Bluetooth. While it worked initially, after upgrading to OS 10.15 (Catalina), my Apple wireless keyboard and trackpad would frequently disconnect. This can happen when I'm typing, for example, so it was very destructive. The login function of the Apple Watch also no longer works. These problems went away after I switched to a different key. The same happened with the new MacBook Pro 13 (Intel 10th Gen). So if you have the latest Mac Mini or MacBook Pro and have a lot of Bluetooth devices connected, don't buy.
