110V outlet works fine but USB charges too slowly. The OEM charger for my Galaxy S8 takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge from 5%. All 4 USB ports on this device take over 3 hours to charge my phone from 5% to 100%. I've been using a power meter app to measure various charging outputs for a few years and this app is pretty accurate. The OEM charger consistently reads over 1000 milliamps, while this unit never goes over 800 milliamps during charging. The price is low so keep it. Otherwise I would return it to try something else that would change more quickly.
