This company's Tomato, Lime, Lemon, Pepper and Cheese Inserts are GREAT! We love them and buy them for gifts/stockings all the time! But onions and garlic don't close well/stick strongly so if you want to keep onions, get the "professional" version of it which is INCREDIBLE.
