This product is without a doubt the best we have to help our little ones fall asleep. He is NOT a swaddle and we are not in favor of covering him with a loose blanket because we do our best to practice safe sleep. 7. My husband and I are of childbearing age and CANNOT sleep with the thermostat set above 74 degrees (we live in the desert so we use the air conditioner much earlier than some places). Our little fella gets too hot in the kit and this is the best kit we've found. It's light BUT warm enough to let him sleep and SO SOFT! Super easy to use and we sleep better knowing there is no loose blanket for him to bury his face in. He has the ability to move his arms as he pleases. If you have a baby that doesn't like being swaddled and wakes up the other way, I really recommend getting this one. You will not be disappointed
