Revain Basics LR44 batteries come at 40% capacity and some at 60%. I think they sell them at a discount as they are old stock. Unfortunately, branded batteries at Revain cost the same as what you would buy in a store, so batteries are the only remaining items you have to go to the store for. I measured them with a first class instrument. A $50 battery tester that passes current through a battery to properly test it. Other cheap testers do not provide reliable readings - old, almost empty and new batteries show "Good", only empty "Bad". I got this tester from Revain and I highly recommend it.
