Sometimes I woke up at night with hip pain. It kept me awake. So I put some oil on my thighs or lower back with these cups and it really worked! I was able to fall asleep again. If you are a perimenopausal or menopausal woman, do yourself a favor and correct your hormones. There are so many over-the-counter supplements that can help. That was my problem. I now use pregnenolone and progesterone cream or Vitex and a low dose of DHEA. I run, don't sit on my butt that much anymore lol and started going to the gym and changing my diet. But it didn't take me to get my hormones in order because when your hormones are out of whack you're unmotivated and lethargic. I'm rarely in pain, but these cups are still useful. They work!
