Great for the kitchen Suitable for vacuum cleaners

I've been looking at an unopened box of this thing for weeks now. I live in a fairly small apartment with hardwood floors and have been using Karcher hard floor cleaner to mop and polish my floors after vacuuming for about 6 months. While I love the Karcher, it's way too big for my one bedroom palace, and to be honest I really need some kind of mop just for the kitchen, the only place I'm likely to spill water (and the Karcher is not really designed). dealing with spills). I finally opened the box this week and am very happy with the Duomigo as a more manageable replacement for my Karcher. It's about half the weight, and while it takes up the same space on the wall at the edge of my kitchen, it's a lot thinner and lower to the floor, so I at least have the illusion that it's taking up less space. The Duomigo mop vacuum cleaner is perfect for my kitchen. My wife cooks a lot and has a bad habit of dripping dirt on the floor (and spitting oil out of the oven) without realizing it. I don't cook much, but I have a bad habit of throwing crumbs all over the place when I'm making sandwiches. We both manage to scrub the kitchen floor with a mixture of sticky and solid materials that dry like glue, and the combination of a conventional vacuum cleaner and a Karcher mop isn't really enough to clean it. The Duomigo mop gets the job done quickly. our mess. While the vacuum isn't overly powerful - I wouldn't want to use it for an entire apartment - it's enough to pick up dirt from the kitchen floor after it's gotten a little drenched by the spray head. When used with standard floor wash, the mopping pad does an excellent job of wiping up sticky cooking oil and other heavy spills, and I haven't noticed it leaving unsightly streaks yet. On the negative side, the Duomigo vacuum mop doesn't feel like a premium tool. My Karcher is built like a tank but the Duomigo has a pretty weak grip and the mop head is hinged to the body which feels a bit light. I mean, it doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart, but while nonchalantly banging my Karcher against cabinets, I'm trying to be a bit more careful with the Duomigo. In general I would say the following. worth your money. If you need a mop specifically for the kitchen (and if, like me, you hate mopping), this is a great little gadget.
