Love this bag! Bought because I needed a new backpack as my first work backpack after graduation but I also wanted something that looked good/professional laptop and travel backpack. Looks like a diaper bag! But its internal structure is different, it's a great laptop/travel/work backpack. It meets all my needs even though I carry a lot of paperwork, a power bank, a notepad, my 14 inch laptop, snacks/lunch, some business cards and pens. All of my items fit snugly in this bag. I use it everyday to carry my stuff to work. I've been using it for almost a month now and it's doing its job well. I'm concerned that the amount of stuff I carry will affect the seams, but I haven't encountered any issues so far. it was like having a separate place for my laptop so it wouldn't get damaged. I now use a zippered pouch to protect my important documents or other items from being lost. And I love opening my diaper bag, no more blind digging to find something. I have also used it when traveling as it has a lot of space so I can easily carry my clothes, toiletries, snacks, computer and all my other trips. Article. If there is one improvement I would suggest the company make to this backpack, it would be adding a smaller zipped pocket to the shoulder straps of this bag as it is very useful for carrying your boarding pass, itinerary and public transport card. etc., instead of opening the front pocket, which is not always easy to access if you regularly travel by bus/train.
