I read all the reviews on the ones you are probably doing now and settled on this one. Mainly because of the thin design. I had very low expectations. But it's not expensive and looked good in the photos. It is exactly as pictured and very well made for its size. Before it even got to the phone, my girlfriend tried to open it more than 90 degrees and broke it. With a little effort, the ring stood back on the pins and fixed itself. I installed it on my phone and it works great. He probably won't get too many insults from me. I bought it mainly for a magnet and as a stand. Can't comment on durability yet, but I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the hinge. Overall, for something so small and precise, it's well made and works. as advertised.
